At TAPSTER Wearables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your smart accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the wearable items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original packaging, including all charging cables and documentation, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
